✛What is the standard turn around rate?

The standard turn around rate is ATLEAST 1 week (7 days). Dependent on what my schedule looks like I MAY finish the project early but this is NOT guaranteed .

✛what are the file formats of deliverables?

For graphics most file formats will consist of any of the following:
✛SVG
✛PNG
✛JPEG

For video most file formats will consist of any of the following:
✛MOV
✛MP4
✛AVI

✛Do you offer full branding services?

Yes, I offer full branding services for new artist rollouts as well as album/ep rollouts. I can also do full branding for streamers/Youtubers.

✛Do you offer rush services for urgent projects?

Yes, If your projects requires some extra attention and to be done in a timely manner you can let me know at the beginning of the project for a fee (dependent on how quickly you need the project finished)

✛what are your payment terms and methods?

For all services like Graphics, Video, or Photography, I need a 50% deposit upfront and the remaining 50% when the project is done.

For example, if the total cost is $300, you pay $150 before I start (50%), and the other $150 before I send you the final work (50%), totaling $300.

in special cases i will ACCEPT a full payment up front but not require it.

i take: Venmo, Zelle, Paypal, Cashapp, etc.

clients will be responsible for covering transfer fees (fees tacked on by the sending service)

✛Do you offer revisions, if so how many?

I DO offer revisions on CUSTOM graphic and video commissions.
I DO NOT offer revisions of pre-made artwork EXCLUDING adding/changing logos and titles to fit your project perfectly.
